If you have a problem or query then in the first instance contact the broker who is dealing with the boat in question. If you do not get a satisfactory resolution then please contact the HQ team. We would like to hear your query or complaint however large or small the problem is and we will do our utmost to resolve it for you.

We will acknowledge your complaint and resolve your dispute as swiftly as we can, keeping you fully informed at all stages. Boatshed.com will deal with any complaint fairly, confidentially and effectively.
